Our Founder

Karen Webber was born and raised in Rochester, New York.  She earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College, Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College at Brockport, State University of New York, and was one of the first graduates of Brockport’s Master of Science in Forensic Accounting program.  After graduate school, she earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designations, and spent five years in a regional certified public accounting firm’s forensic accounting and litigation services division before opening her own practice.  Karen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the New York State Society of CPAs.  She serves as the President of the Brockport Alumni Association Board of Directors, and as a governor on the Genesee Valley Club Board of Governors.  Karen lives in the Park Avenue neighborhood of Rochester with her husband, Blake, also an entrepreneur. Avid foodies, the two can frequently be found at one of their favorite downtown restaurants.
